Client Analyst, Transaction Management

- Salary: £500 per day (via umbrella)
- Working Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days working from home)
We are currently seeking a Senior Client Analyst with a focus on Transaction Management to join our asset servicing banking group. This role is integral to providing operational services and support within Global Operations, particularly in client query handling and resolution, and supporting initiatives related to Transaction Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and a proven track record of improving client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Day to Day of the role:
- Provide excellent client query management and resolution, ensuring client issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with service partners to answer and resolve client issues.
- Support Transaction Management (Settlement) related initiatives.
- Analyse operational issues within the Transaction Management Group to resolve issues, reduce risk, increase efficiency, or increase client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
- Extensive knowledge of Transaction Management and Settlement processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues.
- Excellent client service skills with a proven ability to manage and resolve queries.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with global teams.
