Sales Support Executive
to join our client's team and drive sales support across a portfolio of small but strategically important accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively generate, qualify, and convert sales leads into opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and timely quotations and revised quotes in line with company processes.
- Follow up on all assigned quotations to drive conversion into orders.
- Proactively manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring timely resolution of administrative, commercial, and logistical queries.
- Support smooth order processing by ensuring account setup is completed prior to order receipt.
- Build strong customer relationships and regularly follow up to identify repeat business opportunities.
- Provide customer contract management support, including regular internal review meetings and corrective action tracking for any loss-making accounts.
- Conduct detailed analysis and reporting of customer forecasts, purchasing behaviors, and product life cycles, reporting insights to the Business Development Manager and Operations Director.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales support and/or account management.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple customer relationships while ensuring high attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement and sales growth.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
