We are looking for a dedicated Team Procurement Administrator to join our Building Contractors firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management and procurement of subcontract orders, materials, and plant for various projects. This role is perfect for someone with experience in a similar role or within the construction industry, who is proficient in Excel and has a keen eye for detail.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and procure subcontract orders, materials, and plant for construction projects.
  • Ensure company data lists are up-to-date and issued regularly.
  • Update company staff holiday records accurately and efficiently.
  • Check invoices for accuracy and liaise with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain organised filing systems for easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the procurement and management team.

Team Procurement Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a similar role or within the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to an intermediate level.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • WhosOff staff holiday booking system experience advantageous.
