They are based in East Leeds and are looking for a candidate who previous Customer Service experience who is passionate about starting their Recruitment career.
Salary: £22,500-27,000 depending on experience + bonus
Location: East Leeds - hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home
The role;
- Making outbound calls to headhunt suitable candidates- this will be high volume calling and a large part of the role
- Liaising with candidates in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and screening candidates
- Helping to longlist and shortlist potential candidates
- Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates vacancies
- Researching candidates
- Working towards targets and collaborating with other members in the team
