Entry level Recruitment Coordinator

Are you looking for a career in Recruitment ? This is an excellent entry level opportunity to join an award winning Recruitment Agency who recruit for niche, high level roles. They are based in East Leeds and are looking for a candidate who previous Customer Service experience who is passionate about starting their Recruitment career.

Salary: £22,500-27,000 depending on experience + bonus

Location: East Leeds - hybrid 3 days in the office 2 days from home

The role;

  • Making outbound calls to headhunt suitable candidates- this will be high volume calling and a large part of the role
  • Liaising with candidates in a friendly, professional manner, answering queries and screening candidates
  • Helping to longlist and shortlist potential candidates
  • Working closely alongside the permanent team to source suitable candidates vacancies
  • Researching candidates
  • Working towards targets and collaborating with other members in the team
