We are working with several fantastic schools in Tonbridge that are driving a recruitment for Learning Support Assistants, so we are looking to expand our team of dedicated professionals. Your work will contribute to creating a positive school environment for young people in Tonbridge.
As a successful Learning Support Assistant, you will have experience supporting young people throughout Key Stages 3 and 4, and possibly Key Stage 5. You will have supported young people through both group work and on a 1:1 basis.
Any experience supporting young people with EAL, SEND, or a health need would be to your advantage and may open up doors.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will naturally be a good communicator, have an awareness of young people's culture and concerns, be empathetic, and have a passion for education.
Information on the Learning Support Assistant role:
Location- Tonbridge, Kent
Pay- £85-100 per day. This is equivalent to £425-£500 per week Full-Time. Day rate is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Hours- 8.30am- 3.30pm Monday-Friday. Full-Time and Part-Time roles available.
Contract- Day-to-day, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles available.
Year- Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7-11). Some roles available in Key Stage 5 (Years 12 & 13).
Qualifications- GCSE Maths and English Grade C or Level 5 and above.
