Responsibilities for this Sales Lister role will include:
- Conduct property appraisals and valuations in the Brentwood area.
- Secure property listings through effective communication and relationship building with potential clients.
- Liaise with homeowners to understand their needs and advise on the best marketing strategies.
- Accompany potential buyers on viewings, showcasing the property's strengths and benefits.
- Prepare high-quality sales particulars and marketing materials.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth sales process for both buyers and sellers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the local property market and trends.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the team by exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Experience for this Sales Lister role:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in estate agency sales.
- Proven track record of securing property listings and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong local knowledge of the Brentwood property market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Salary & Benefits for this Sales Lister role include;
£18.000 basic, 5% commission on all listings. Plus Monthly bonuses and Company holidays for targets hit and 28 days holiday.
