Your new company
Our client is a well established Housing Developer in the North Wales area, and is looking for a motivated and highly experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build housing project in the Rhyl area for approximately 4-6 weeks.
As Site Manager you will:
- Ensure all H&S and RAMS are adhered to on site
- Attend pre-contract meetings with Subcontractors
- Liaising with Contracts Manager and Subcontractors
- Providing extensive Timber Frame build process expertise
What you'll need to succeed
- Timber Frame experience is essential
- CSCS and SMSTS required
- Temporary Works Coordinator ticket is highly desirable but not essential
What you'll get in return
- Rates from £26-£30 per hour (dependent on Timber Frame experience)
