The Role:
- Assist and eventually manage BREEAM assessments from feasibility to project completion
- Write pre-assessment and progress reports
- Provide sustainability advice on various topics such as renewable feasibility studies, building performance, and carbon assessments
- Advise clients and design teams on cost-effective and beneficial routes to BREEAM compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients at all levels
- Manage resources, deliverables, and budgets on projects
The Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a bachelor's degree in Environmental, Engineering, or Sustainability-related subjects
- Passionate about building, energy, and sustainability
- A team player with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and share knowledge
- A proactive attitude and desire to grow within the role
- Understanding of building design and services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
