We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join an excellent client of ours based just outside of Bishop's Stortford on a temporary basis until December.

The Job:
- Monitoring all incoming enquiries via email and telephone.
- Provide quotations to clients and to collate all orders.
- Processing manual and bespoke orders through the online order portal.
- Scheduling of orders and supplier communication through fulfilment.
- Liaising with Sub Contractors.
- Communicating with customers to ensure they are always fully informed.
The Candidate:
- Experience of working within a Sales Admin/Customer Services/Order Processing Role desirable but not essential.
- Must drive (due to rural location).
- Customer Driven.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- An ability to problem solve.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to changes as required.
- Have great attention to detail.
- An ability to prioritize workload.
In return, my client will be offering a salary of £26,460 with some great benefits.
