Lallemand Inc has an exciting opportunity available for a Laboratory Technician to join our team in Burton upon Trent. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £22,000 - £23,500 per annum, company pension scheme plus related benefits.

Responsibilities as our Laboratory Technician:
- Quality control of finished products, goods in and in-process materials
- Performing internal quality and HACCP audits
- Involvement in related activities e.g. QA, product development and customer support, including operation of small-scale brewing equipment
What do you need to become our Laboratory Technician?
- Science degree (chemistry, microbiology or similar)
- Microbiology qualification and/or experience in practical microbiology
- One year's lab experience in the food/drinks industry
- Self-motivated, demonstrates initiative and works well in a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer-literate including Microsoft Office and LIMS software
