A well-established Main Contractor specialising in Heritage & Restoration is seeking a Project Manager/Contracts Manager to oversee multiple high-end projects in Birmingham and the Midlands.
Role:
- Predominantly site-based, overseeing several luxury projects at once
- Client-facing with Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals
- Managing smaller scale heritage, restoration, insurance claims on mansions, high-end commercial properties, and listed buildings
- Handling projects from estimators, including valuations and variations
Requirements:
- Proficient in IT and basic construction principles
- Previous experience overseeing Heritage or Restoration projects is desirable
- Excellent communication and project management skills
