Description
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial accuracy
- Identify and implement process improvements within the finance department
- Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations
- Support internal and external audits
- Provide financial training and support to non-finance staff
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Accounting qualification is not essential, but the incumbent in the role will be a part qualified accountant who is actively studying Part Qualified Accountant (preferably CIMA or ACCA)
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance staff
