Job Title: Contracts Manager (High-End Residential Landscaping)

Location: London (with site travel)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Travel + Benefits

Role Summary: As a Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage high-end private residential landscaping projects. Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and private clients, you'll ensure the successful execution of projects, including listed buildings and refurbishments.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage 1 to 3 high-end private residential projects with values ranging from £300,000 to £5 million.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and private clients on various high-end refurbishments, including listed buildings.
  • Ensure projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor contract variations and negotiate terms.
  • Attend site visits and provide expert advice on landscaping techniques.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in high-end residential landscaping.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, especially JCT contracts.
  • Landscaping experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with building at the Chelsea Flower Show is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
