Are you an Operations Coordinator with experience of scheduling relating tasks looking to join a well established, yet growing company who are establishing themselves as a market leader in their industry?
Do you want to join a specialist company who through their different divisions offer services for the full project lifecycle from design, to instillations and servicing? Although this is initially on a temp to perm basis, this will almost certainly lead to a full time position where you will also be given the opportunity to move into other areas of the business and be given further training?
In this role, you will assist with the co-ordination of service and Installation scheduling related tasks, liaising with customers, service engineers, internal resources, and suppliers, raising of purchase orders to expedite service and Installation work to the highest standards.
This role would suit a Operations Coordinator local to Camberley with experience of scheduling.
The Role:
- Ensure service and Installation related tasks such as booking Transport / Hotels are completed
- Assist with the co-ordination of service and Installation scheduling related tasks, liaising with customers, service engineers, internal resources, and suppliers
- Temp to Perm - Initially until Christmas
