An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior HR Administrator who is passionate about Human Resources to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be administratively strong, highly organised, and capable of thriving in a demanding and challenging industry. The role involves supporting the HR Manager and a workforce of over 500 employees. This position is based at the head office and requires on-site attendance from Monday to Friday.
Job Description:
- Delivering excellent service to Directors, Managers, and employees in all daily operations of the HR department across all sites.
- Maintaining HR-related matters in line with current employment law and company procedures.
- Managing administration relating to employee electronic files, employee relations, and policies and procedures with accuracy and consistency.
- Assisting the payroll department with the preparation of employee payroll data as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential experience within a HR department or administering HR-related matters.
- Proficiency in taking minutes and producing outcome documentation.
- CIPD qualification (Level 3 and above) or actively studying towards it.
- Good standard of education with GCSEs or equivalent, grades C or above in Maths and English.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and associated packages.
- Familiarity with working on a database.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy.
- Flexibility to travel to other locations as required and work in a highly confidential environment.
- Commitment to undertake studies towards CIPD to support knowledge within the HR department.
