We are seeking an Administrator/Sports Bookings Clerk for a local council role based near Norwich Airport. This office-based position offers free parking and requires a commitment of 20 hours per week, spread across Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with Thursdays being non-negotiable. The role involves administrative tasks primarily focused on processing sports bookings. When work volume is low, there may be opportunities to support the wider team, although this is not the main priority of the role.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage and process sports bookings efficiently.
  • Handle phone calls and emails related to sports bookings and inquiries.
  • Issue invoices and manage billing related to sports bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to the team when required, depending on the workload.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sports bookings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in managing phone calls and emails.
  • Experience with invoicing and billing processes.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
