SENIOR RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

THE COMPANY
Harnham is working with a boutique research agency, they are looking for a senior research executive for their qualitative team. They work with a large variety of clients across FMCG, Tech, retail and finance.
THE ROLE
You will be:
- Managing qual fieldwork
- Running qualitative research including moderating focus groups and running idi's
- Conducting qualitative analysis
- Writing discussion guides and screeners
- Being a point of contact to key clients
- Writing reports and supporting the presenting of key insights to clients
- Mentoring junior employees
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need to have:
- Must have strong experience in qualitative research
- Excellent communication skills are key - being clear, confident, persuasive, and empathetic - with clients and co-workers.
- Ideally full service research experience, with good project management skills
- Good experience with a range of qualitative methodologies

- 1st stage: 30 minutes teams interview
- 2nd stage: Task stage + Interview
