Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) - 12m FTC
Location:
London, hybrid.
Salary
: £80,000 - £85,000
JGA are partnering with a professional services firm, who are seeking a Snr HRBP on a 12m FTC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to drive organizational change and performance.
- Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning.
- Manage employee relations and resolve complex issues.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Qualifications:
- Excellent Employee Relations experience.
- 5-7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a senior role.
- Proven experience in a professional services environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
