We are now looking for an End Point Assessment Operations Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As our End Point Assessment Operations Manager, you will manage apprenticeship End Point Assessment (EPA) operations and service delivery.

Leading the EPA Co-ordination Team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of EPAs, including scheduling processes for assessment bookings, exams, assessor observations and assessment reviews, issuing results and claiming certification for learners.

You will also manage financial processes, including sales invoices, payments and developing relationships with key customers, Training Providers, Colleges and Centres to ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial information.

Additionally, you will:

- Ensure assessments are tracked and delivered in accordance with service level agreements
- Manage relationships with Centres for the delivery of assessments and administration
- Engage with employers and academic providers to advocate for us as the preferred End Point Assessment Organisation

About You

To be considered as our End Point Assessment Operations Manager, you will need:

- Experience in the development or support of apprenticeships
- Proven line management and operational management experience
- Experience working across a range of client organisational structures and collaborating with and influencing multiple stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project and time management skills
- Proven administration skills
