Team Leader - Production Department

If you have Warehouse supervisory experience or similar then this position as a Team Leader in a busy Production Department could be an excellent career move.
Some of your duties will include:
- Supervising a team of ten packers and ensuring daily objectives were met
- Planning workload and ensuring number of required staff were available for all shifts
- Leading and motivating team and ensuring all team members are productive
- Managing and monitoring hourly output for each works station to ensure targets were met
- Ensuring adherence to the delivery schedule and preparing goods for despatch
- Producing daily output figures from each work station for the Production Manager
