Forward Role are working with a high growth, multichannel, fashion and homeware retailer to recruit an Email Marketing Executive.
Reporting into the Email Marketing Manager and working with a marketing team of 20+, you will assist in delivering an effective CRM programme the engages and delights customers and increases their lifetime value.
You will be responsible for the smooth performance of targeted email communications and engaging online content.
This is a fantastic role for someone who is driven, enjoys a hands-on approach and who is looking to take the next step up in their marketing career.
Key responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Email Manager to plan, build & manage effective customer life-cycle campaigns that build rapport and engage customers
- Brief and execute emails with internal design and use the email platform to send out to customers
- Design and manage online content that helps SEO seasonal targets and improve the customer experience online
- Maintain Facebook and Instagram platforms
- Support with customer selections and data processing
- Report on performance and make suggestions for future improvements to increase engagement and commercial targets
What you will need:
- Proven experience in a CRM Marketing role
- Able to coordinate and manage several projects at the same time and to a high standard
- Experience of using email platforms, Google Analytics and Excell
- Copywriting skills to craft engaging content across several channels
- Good attention to detail and ability to proof-read/ edit creative for images and grammar
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Take initiative, imaginative and inquisitive
- Methodical and process driven
