Pay rate: £12PH
Contract: 27th - 31st July.
Shift times: 0700-1400 and 1400-2100
This project is helping with the rail replacement at Oxford. There will be buses in place of the trains during 27th - 31st July.
As the first or last point of contact on a customer's journey, you'll be assisting the customers in the station with queries and offering assistance as when required at Oxford. Helping the public to ensure they understand where to go during their journey, help them in and around the station and providing excellent customer care!
Full paid training will be given.
You will be involved in....
- Directing passengers to their next suitable journey
- Supporting customers needing assistance
- Ensuring the safety of the station environment
- Providing a friendly and personable service
- Providing customers with information and answering questions. We would advise downloading the National Rail Enquiries app, they can use this app to search journeys and understand what platforms trains go from.
- Helping customers with luggage where applicable
