The Role
As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in the deployment and support of our clients security products. You will manage the complete system lifecycle from installation and setup to integration within telecommunication networks. Post-deployment, you will provide ongoing support, addressing technical issues ranging from basic issues to complex system configurations. Your role will involve close collaboration with clients, often working on-site to ensure their systems are operating effectively and meeting their requirements.
