Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation, who are recruiting for a Housing Support Worker in Blackburn, Manchester.
Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker includes:
- Working with a variety of clients with complex needs including homelessness, substance misuse and young offenders
- Signposting clients to other services within the community
- Completing housing benefit, council tax and universal credit claims
- Conducting risk and needs assessments
