I am currently seeking a Lead Refrigeration Engineer to join the UK's leading manufacturer of refrigerated vehicles. My client has a fantastic culture that has been recognised through several awards recently and is going through an exciting growth plan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership, and ensuring the successful delivery of product to their customers.
Your new role as a Lead Refrigeration Engineer...
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the refrigeration team
- Develop and implement SOPs for engineers to ensure a quality standard is met
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Communicate with customers about their refrigeration system requirements
About you as a Lead Refrigeration Engineer...
- Proven experience in a fast paced / manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- F-Gas Qualified
- Experience in fitting GAH, Carrier, ThermoKing & Hubbard Fridges
- Mentoring / Training experience
