Adecco are recruiting for a Production Support Specialist for one of their clients to start as soon as possible.

**The successful candidate will:

The Project and Program Manager will be responsible for providing support to the planning, execution, and delivery of our key digital transformation initiatives in CP Regulatory, with main focus on Data Driven Dossiers and key projects feeding into it, especially from Product Safety. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and assist project leads to establish agile processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while aligning with Digital Regulatory strategic priorities. The Project Manager will facilitate the adoption of project management best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the project management framework across our digital initiatives.

Desirable/ Essential:

  • University degree in a related field
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in project and program management in related projects
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Good knowledge and certification in project management.

Critical experience:

  • 3 years' experience in leading projects and/or portfolios.
  • Working as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders across functional
  • Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities.

This is a 12 month contracted role.
