This company operate within the foundry industry, producing castings within their manufacturing facility. They are looking to grow their team with a Production Supervisor to strengthen their already well-established team.
In this role you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of the Production team. You will manage a group of team leaders who total 48 production staff in total across all teams, carrying out day to day management and office tasks such as assigning schedules for work.
The role would be perfect for someone with supervisory or management experience within a Production/ manufacturing environment, such as Production Supervisors, Production Managers, General Manager, Operations Manager, and more.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 39 hours
- 25 days holiday + Bank (with a mandatory shut down periods throughout the year)
- Liaising with team leaders and production staff to ensure smooth running of the production department
- Scheduling of labour and other office tasks
The Person:
- Worked in a production environment
- Management or supervising experience
- Comfortable working in a foundry (all training provided)
