This position of a Demand Generation Manager is pivotal within the Sales and Marketing department, responsible for driving lead generation and new business acquisition in on behalf of their global sales team.

Description

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies in the private business sector.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition strategies.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure marketing initiatives meet quality and performance standards.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
  • Collaborate with sales team to align marketing strategies and increase lead generation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments to integrate marketing strategies across the company.

Profile

A successful Demand Generation Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM software - ideally Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of lead generation strategies in the B2B Sector.
  • Excellent analytical skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
  • Strong leadership skills with an ability to manage a team and external agencies.
  • Proven track record of 300 MQLs per month
