Recruit UK is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to join an expanding support team in the Sales department for a large Wealth Manager who has a national presence.
As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering administration and technical support to a diverse client base, including IFAs, Fund Managers, Third Parties, Intermediary Clients and BDMs. Your efforts will ensure a competent and efficient service to all our clients.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, manage workloads, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- Provide administration support, including processing client applications and resolving queries efficiently.
- Set up agreements, offer performance information, and support online access for IFAs, ensuring a positive client experience.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in customer relationship roles within financial services, with excellent attention to detail and strong IT skills.
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and effective record-keeping and reporting capabilities.
- Proactive, able to multitask, and demonstrate initiative to gain efficiencies.
