Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for Field Technical Support Engineer to join their business, to qualify for this role you must have worked in a Technical Engineering role. This is an ideal opportunity to be full trained in their product - career progression is offered. Must live in or around Milton Keynes, hold a clean driving license and be over 25 years of age due to their insurance.
£30 - 35K - Permanent, excellent benefits, including a company car and work mobile. Due to the nature of this role, you will be required to be in he office 2 days per week, and then out visiting their customers, fault finding and offering technical assistance when required.
Duties:
- Provide Technical support to customers, over the telephone, email, onsite or via video links.
- Attend customer sites to perform repairs and product upgrades.
- Work closely with the Design/Technology teams regarding product issues, testing and resolutions.
- Report and initiate customer returns.
- Order spare parts via Purchasing.
- Communicate with customers, issue quotations, deliver training where needed.
Due to the nature of this role, you will need to hold a full clean driving license, a car is offered to fulfil this role.
