An outstanding opportunity has become available for an Accountant to join Meraki talent's global client based in the heart of Glasgow city centre. This is an excellent role with a market leading firm, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Production of monthly and quarterly management accounts to challenging deadlines.
- Production and preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and FRS 102.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements that will streamline reporting processes.
- Provide bespoke financial analysis reporting requirements.
- Preparation of VAT / CIS returns.
- Cashflow reporting.
- Attending client meetings and presenting financial information with supporting commentary.
Experience required:
- ICAS / ACCA / CIMA Part Qualified.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience of preparing financial statements and accounting transactions.
- Comfortable working to challenging month and quarter deadlines.
