Rev & Regs are recruiting for a Risk Analyst position for a dynamic and well-renowned Financial Services company in the City of London.

Join a top tier financial services company as a Risk Analyst, where you'll collaborate with the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Operational Risk to fortify their risk monitoring and mitigation efforts across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the coordination and analysis of the risk management reporting information, providing invaluable insights to senior management, Risk Committees, and the Board.
- Manage the coordination of the group's risk incident and breach reporting processes, ensuring timely escalation and comprehensive review of risk incidents and breaches.
- Administer and develop the risk management and management information reporting systems, overseeing user profiles, access, design, and supplier management.
- Assist the Risk Business Partners and Head of Operational Risk in a diverse array of projects and business initiatives.
- Support business units in conducting risk and control self-assessments (RCSA) and 1st line control testing reviews, fostering a culture of risk awareness and mitigation.
- Conduct daily reviews of the firm's counterparty risk exposure reporting and mark-to-market calculations, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Aid in the review of supplier GDPR due diligence checks, maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements.
Experience:
- Previous experience in assessing and managing business and operational risk within financial or professional services is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to initiate and lead discussions with business leaders and colleagues.
- A level of technological proficiency and familiarity with risk management systems is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for data analysis, capable of presenting recommendations and conclusions concisely.
- Ability to articulate ideas clearly and succinctly.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days per week in City of London office)
