Job Title: Mortgage Administrator (Office Based)
Location: Office based in Colchester, Essex.
Department: Mortgage Administration Support
Target: Administratively sound candidates with experience of Customer Service in a telephone-based setting.
Rewards: £21K Basic Salary plus Bonuses and Benefits (OTE £26400.00).
Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 AM - 5.30 PM.

Becoming a Sales Administrator:
As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for engaging with customers, housebuilders and solicitors who are collectively working on getting a customer's application to full mortgage offer, exchange, and completion. You will be responsible for compliance checks, checking mortgage offers, dealing with offers that are expiring by applying for offer extensions, and proactively chasing exchange and completion dates via telephone.
