Role Overview

:

Seeking an experienced People Advisor to support a major change project involving restructure and redundancy. This role is integral to ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee relations during this period.

Key Responsibilities

:

  • Provide expert advice and support on Employee Relations (ER) matters.
  • Lead and manage redundancy and restructure processes, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Conduct both collective and individual consultations effectively and empathetically.
  • Support employees at risk and those affected by redundancies, ensuring clear and compassionate communication.

Must-Have Qualifications

:

  • Solid experience in Employee Relations (ER).
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Law.
  • Proven track record in managing redundancy and restructure projects.
  • Expertise in conducting collective and individual consultations.

Key Details

:

  • Start Date: 1st July (transformation project begins 15th July).
  • Reporting To: A lovely, confident, and pragmatic leader who is known for her impactful and supportive management style.
  • Team: Working with a team of approximately 600 employees, with some at risk of redundancy.
