Day to day responsibilities:
- Research and identify correct customer data
- Maintain and update the lead database with accurate and current information
- Qualify leads based on pre defined criteria
- Make outbound calls to leads and answer inbound calls
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results
