As a Production Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment. Your attention to detail, ability to work at pace, and adaptability will be essential.
**Responsibilities:
- Incoming Mail Management: Sort and process incoming mail efficiently using our manual sorting system.
- Database Entry: Log incoming mail details accurately into our database.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously check merged personal identifiable information in questionnaire packs.
- Production Support: Assist with boxing completed questionnaire packs for dispatch.
- General Admin Tasks: Handle administrative duties related to production processes.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic setting
**Requirements:
- Experience: Previous roles in fast-paced environments (e.g., retail, hospitality) are highly desirable.
- IT Literacy: Basic IT skills for database entry and communication.
- Physical Agility: Comfortable with manual tasks and using equipment
- Attention to Detail: Precise checking of documents and data.
- Flexibility: Adapt to different tasks as needed.
