About the company:

A well-established and growing investment business with a longstanding team and fantastic working environment, that has a new opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant in a broad role that is crucial to the business.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and coordinate meetings, events, and international travel.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Conduct research and provide insights to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
  • Monitor and manage the Managing Directors emails and communications, prioritizing and responding as needed.
  • Liaise with the Chairman, Directors, CEO and other executives, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and efficient operations.
  • Anticipate the needs of the Managing Director and proactively address them.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.

Skills/Qualifications required:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with preference for those with 10 years or more.
  • Proven experience in either the fields of Law, Property, or Financial Services (or similar).
  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
  • Availability to work outside normal business hours; this role is not suited for someone looking for a traditional 9-5 position.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management software).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.
