Caretaker
Responsibilities:
- To provide/facilitate services to residents.
- To respond proactively to resident or other requests in a timely and polite manner
- To communicate effectively with residents, guests, members of staff and contractors
- Daily cleaning of the common parts
- To answer the telephone & deal with enquiries, logging and following up on requests
- To receive, log, and distribute mail/parcels other deliveries to individual properties.
- To oversee the cleanliness & comfort of reception areas and associated common parts.
- Responsibility for the maintenance of the highest standards of presentation
- Responsibility for the daytime security of the estate
- Reporting and following up on anti-social behaviour, liaising with the police as appropriate
- Assistance with the implementation and overview of appropriate operational protocols
- Assistance with Health & Safety compliance
- To assist with daily administration and office tasks
- To assist the property management team in monitoring the presence of workmen working at the building and supervising their activities to ensure minimum disturbance to residents.
