Position: SEN Teacher (QTS/QTLS)
Location: Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham and Westminster
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalized education plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student development.
- Utilize effective de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviors.
- Implement Attention Autism strategies and other specialised teaching methods.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Attention Autism.
- Proficiency in Team Teach and other de-escalation techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering student growth and independence.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
- Experience in SEN education is preferred, but we welcome applications from mainstream teachers. Comprehensive training will be provided.
