Description
- Credit Controller
- Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure timely payments.
- Review and reconcile account discrepancies.
- Implement efficient credit control processes and procedures.
- Communicate with clients to resolve invoice disputes.
- Prepare and present reports on account status.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit-related regulatory requirements.
- Support the team in managing the overall accounts receivable portfolio.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of credit control procedures and principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
