Salary: £30,000-38,000 dependent on experience

They are looking for an enthusiastic, talented and driven Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their friendly team in Bury St Edmonds. The successful Architectural Technician will be a confident user of AutoCAD and Sketch Up, they will boast technical excellence and design flare with post qualification experience.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician/ Technologist:
- CIAT Accredited or working towards depending on your level
- Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural technology or related subject
- A couple years of post-qualification experience in a UK based Architectural Practice
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and material
- Understanding of current Building Regulations
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Capable at taking projects from inception to completion
- Ability to produce high quality technical drawings
- Keen eye for detail and some design flare
- Confident user of AutoCAD
- Ideally you will have good working knowledge of Sketch Up
- Strong portfolio
- Keen to input to company growth
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Live locally to the Bury St Edmonds and surrounding area
