London office- 3 days a week in the office

Pan-European developer, financing, and operations working across onshore wind, solar and BESS

Over the last 5 years, this company has gone from strength to strength. They've seen their UK team over triple in size, to encompass full development, land, design and grid teams as well as internal financial and operations teams.

Since their inception, they have now opened 2 more offices to allow them to expand into European markets. They are now steadily growing their Milan office, to mirror the structure of their London HQ. Their team now stands at just shy of 40 across their 3 offices, with their sights set on continuing this consistent growth. They're always eager to progress from within, advocating for promotions and progression within the group.

The team is varied in skillset, being able to progress projects through development, grid connections, financing stages and into operational functions. They also cover a variety of technologies including onshore wind, solar and BESS. Their current pipeline standing above 10GW, with connection dates starting as early as next year! These also vary in scale with some projects reaching up to 99.9MW.

Alongside this central European growth, they are still growing at their heart. This role is brand new into their technical team and will allow you to work amongst some really experienced technical engineers in the industry. You'd potentially be working across pan European projects as the team is extremely collaborative.

The role:

You'd have the opportunity to be working through the entire development lifecycle, providing technical inputs to these projects. For this role, we are open to people looking for an entry level position. If you have experience with power engineering and design within the transmission or distribution sector, then you'd be great for this opportunity.

The main responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Working across full engineering responsibilities from early stage conception through development stages and potentially into operational functions.
  • Covering designs across transmission and distribution level renewable projects across the whole of the UK.
  • Communicating and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders.
  • Working hands on for relevant designs including EPC requirements.

This is a really great role for somebody at an early stage of their career, looking for a long term role and organisation to support their career into the future.
