What You Will Do:
- Perform a variety of routine and non-routine clerical/administrative activities to support Field Service Specialists, Account Managers and associates in administrative areas
- Work with associates and customers to resolve financing issues
- Track, compile information, and produce reports on competitive prospects, contests and other special initiatives
- Coordinate and follow-up on engineering orders for field sales and service associates
- Work with field sales and service associates and corporate credit to manage and resolve customer related credit issues
- New Account Set up in Master data and the HUB
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of office experience
- Experience working with Microsoft Office
- Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role
- Knowledge of SAP
