Are you an experienced Agile Business Analyst looking for an exciting opportunity to build a new health and safety system? Our client, a leading organisation in the utilities industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Warwick.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting Business Process Mapping, gathering requirements, and supporting the project and team members. Your main objective will be to develop a framework that enables the developers to build a cutting-edge health and safety system. By managing safety observations, you will contribute to minimising risks and creating a safer network.
This position is well-suited to an Agile Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced projects and excels at mitigating emerging risks. As our client transitions from waterfall to agile methodologies, they require a skilled professional experienced in working with iterations to drive success.
Key Accountabilities:
- Plan, lead, and support service review workshops with service representatives
- Liaise with key stakeholders to capture technical and functional requirements
- Develop supporting materials for business processes
- Adhere to programme and project governance processes and activities
Knowledge & Experience Desired:
- Ability to analyse processes and identify customer-focused improvements
- Strong relationship-building skills, both within a team and with external partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable challenging and supporting colleagues in driving programme goals
- Flexibility to adapt in workshops and exhibit high emotional intelligence
