Sales Consultant Chichester Up to £30,000 + Commission
Are you passionate about property and sales? I'm looking for enthusiastic New Homes Sales Consultants to join a fantastic team in Chichester. In this role, you'll guide prospective buyers through the home-buying process, from initial inquiry to final sale, helping them find their perfect home.
You will be an ambassador to prospective and existing customers, requiring a professional and courteous image at all times. The job purpose is to promptly respond to all leads generated and aim to achieve required conversion rates, closing sales at the earliest opportunity and best price.
The Sales Consultant will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion, and will ensure that properties are ready, to company standards, at handover and that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.
- Ensuring every Customer receives a first class service.
- Responsible for the customer journey from reservation through to legal completion
- Taking ownership of the development in all aspects of internal and external presentation
- Achieving sales of homes and options in line with agreed targets for example: legal completions and annual turnover
- Ensuring the health and safety of customers and colleagues are in accordance with company procedure
My client are offering up to £33k per annum for an experienced consultants and an attractive commission structure.
