Position: Property Manager
Location: Office-Based - Tonbridge
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9am-5pm
Start Date: Mid-September
Duration: MAT Cover (with extensive handover)
Salary: Competitive - pro rata
Join a dynamic and evolving company actively seeking a skilled Property Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards across our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the management team in resolving business issues within the company and its affiliates. Regularly report to the Managing Director and Financial Controller. Demonstrate competence in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and cloud-based systems like SharePoint. Showcase strong organizational, multi-tasking, and filing skills. Produce accurate scaled plans for leases and internal projects using online tools and manual scaling from maps. Conduct regular site visits, engage with tenants, and address practical issues. Monitor weekly planning applications and review local press for legal notices affecting company operations. React promptly to emergencies, prioritizing and multitasking in high-pressure situations.
Day-to-Day Management:
Manage the Landlord's office and various commercial sites. Address urgent issues like gas leaks or electrical problems efficiently. Oversee maintenance work conducted by team members. Handle all lease-related tasks, including handovers, dealing with liquidation, administration, and utility issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project management. Strong IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office and online cloud systems. Ability to create accurate scaled plans. Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Experience in managing lease-related matters. Swift reaction to emergencies.
