What will you do as Operations Manager?
- Manage end to end consumer operations for both inbound and outbound stock
- Work alongside the sales team to prepare demand forecasts across multiple channels
- Move inbound stock across the 3PL network keeping costs at a minimum
- Liaise with external manufacturer and schedule / plan production
- Be responsible for order fulfilment across B2B channels ensuring stock is dispatched OTIF
- Monitor performance of 3PL partners make improvements to make processes efficient
- Take the lead on managing new projects across the business
What do you need?
- Previous experience within a hands-on operations role specifically within food
- Demand forecasting experience across multiple SKUs
- Ideally worked with external manufacturers and managed the production
- Excellent excel skills are essential
- Happy to travel occasionally within the UK to meet suppliers
