Are you looking for a new exciting challenge in our Customer Experience team?

We're looking for a Customer Quality & Liaison Executive to join our Customer Experience team in York on a permanent basis.

We'll look to you to ensure that the customer receives the best service and experience at each touchpoint of their journey with us. This role is a key position within Customer Experience ensuring customers receive the best service from Clarion when they complete the purchase of their new home until the end of their defect warranty period. The role will provide excellent customer service when delivering home demonstrations and providing a memorable and welcoming experience when handing over the keys and during the settling-in period.

The ideal candidate will have experience within the housing industry and preferably new build homes, delivering excellent customer service in a customer-focused organisation. We're looking for someone used to working in a fast-paced environment, who can deal with multiple priorities whilst providing an excellent experience for customers moving into their new home.

You'll raise defects via CRM to the contractor, monitor and progress cases ensuring they're completed efficiently, in accordance with the NHBC Buildmark Warranty in line with the company's Service Level Agreements.
