Job Title: Production Operative

Pay Rate: £12.25 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Operative for a temporary role in a food production environment based in Exeter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working as part of a team in a busy food production facility
- Assisting with the preparation, packing, and handling of food products
- Lifting and moving materials and products weighing up to 25-30kg
- Ensuring hygiene and food safety standards are followed at all times
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Meeting daily production targets
Requirements:
- Physically fit and comfortable with heavy lifting
- Able to work in a fast-paced food production environment
- Punctual, dependable, and a good team player
- Previous experience in food production or a similar setting is an advantage but not essential
