Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm (1hr Lunch)

Our client, a dynamic company involved in new build and refurbishment schemes across the UK, is seeking a confident, self-motivated, and hardworking Purchase Ledger to join their thriving team. SKILLS REQUIRED
- Demonstrated experience in handling purchase ledger responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Positive demeanor and willingness to be part of a team.
- Ability to learn new processes and follow instructions accurately.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Invoice Processing: Matching, checking, and coding invoices using COINS.
- GRN Management: Managing the Goods Received Note (GRN) electronic system.
- Supplier Reconciliation: Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy.
- Payment Processing: Making payments via BACS or Faster Payment Files.
- Account Management: Setting up new supplier accounts on the OpenECX E-Invoicing platform and maintaining existing account details.
- Supplier Relations: Managing allocated suppliers to ensure payments are made according to payment terms.
- Query Resolution: Liaising with the Buying Department on phone and face-to-face to resolve invoice queries.
- Issue Reporting: Highlighting issues to the Purchase Ledger Manager for resolution.
- Call Handling: Answering telephone calls and dealing with queries appropriately.
